Default 2 step possible with just factory computer?

I have a SCT x3 and I know that there is an rev limit adjustment and neutral rev limit adjustment where you can set the rev limiter for when you have the car in neutral. I know when you read the SCT brochure on the X3, it makes it sound like you can use it for a 2 step. Anyone know how?

you have to lock out the clutch pedal sensor IIRC that sits on the fire wall behind the clutch pedal. it tricks the PCM to allow the neutral limiter to work. I've heard of guys just taping it down.
