Didn't read the links. But no shop is complete without a set of swiveling head gear wrenches. Or torque wrenches that do inch-pounds.

i know i have a snap on box full of snap on tools that are worth well more than my cars but i just want to buy the 3v engine specific tools

Yea, invest in the 3V tools or just buy a new 3V motor.
The costs are bout the same.
Now if you have lots of 3Vs to work on and
can make some $$ to recoup the tools costs.....
But half the fun is turning the tools for some.

yeah i gues ill buy some of the tools not all i know i can do it with out all of them and maybe start bulding 3v motors locally
