Ok so i have just got back from iraq and i am going to buy me a 2004 mustang cobra svt...The one im going to buy is whipplecharged, i kinda need to know what all i need to do to engine to saftely run 17 psi with stock engine internals...any help will greatly be appreciated!!!

 

You should be able to do it stock, The SVT Cobra engine are all forged internals, providing your air/fuel ratio is on the money you should be good to go.
