I got a 2010 GT on the way in 5 weeks. My uncle has a 2007 roush stage 3 mustang and is getting rid of his charger for a twin turbo set up. Could i buy his roushcharger and use it on my 2010 ??? and if so how much should i try to buy it for ... the car doesnt even have 20k miles on it

yes you can since it has the exact same engine. Pretty much the only diff between his and yours is the body.
