Default auto tranny problem!

my auto tranny has a strange whine when accelerating from 1st to 2nd, and no more problem after that, also the tranny shifting like manual, not very smooth, any idea? its a 09 new car, 7000miles only, but i do downshift from D to 3rd during a huge curve or deep slope. (usually downshift between 50-35), and i m asking that because i m still has the factory warranty, so any suggestion when i talk to the car ME in dealership?

Look underneath the car and do you see any leaks? Usually it means it is low on fluid, but I know there is no dip stick to check the transmission fluid as it is a sealed unit now. The dealer will know probably right off the bat what is wrong. Good luck.

I suppose it is possible. If it is a new car it is under warranty and I'm guessing (?) you have no mods yet, so just bring it in and tell them your new car has a transmission problem. They should fix it no questions asked.

Don't mention the whole "manually shifting the auto" part, though..they might try to get out of performing the service on the grounds that you were improperly using the car or some sh/t.
