Default zex nitrous problems

Hey all,
About a year ago I put a zex nitrous kit on my mustang its a 2006 gt 4.6L V8 the kit was made for the mustang and is apparently a bolt it has a brain box that reads the voltage from the TPS and at WOT it is supposed to dump. I have read alot of threads with people having the same kit and no1 seems to have this problem.. the kit was installed at the shop. I have brought it back to them a few times and they dont know wuts wrong with it we have tried ordering 3 diffrent brain boxes thinking maybe they were diffective.. but still the same problem. The problem is when I program the brain box and turn the key on and arm the switch I can push the pedal to the floor and it will pop once then i have my engine light flashing saying somthing like low voltage. If I re-program the brain box and do it all over again it will pop once. and so on and so on. however if I sit there and push the pedal like 50 times up and down like mad it wil pop randomly and after messin around for about an hour it will start workin properly for a bit. I can turn the car off and on and it will still b fine but as soon as I start it and turn it off Im back to squar 1. I have a diablo tuner aswell I have tried it with stock tune and the diablo tune installed. I aslo have a k&n intake And a serious sterio system in the trunk. I though maybe it was the sterio killin the voltage so I tried unhookin all that and still have the same problem. I have put a volt meter on the TPS wire and it goes from 29v to 14v-15v and jumps up and down between 14v and 15v at WOT also when the engine light starts flashing its goes to like 32v or somwhere around there I have tried clearing the codes but still just the same problem does anyone know wuts happening and how to fix it. the brain box wire is hooked onto the top wire off the TPS sensor im pretty sure thats the right one since I dont get any volt reading that rolls up and down with the throttle off any of the others . aslo just cause it does work properlly once and a while after messin wit it..

Do you have your o2 turn off? If you do make sure you have the front one on, you can turn off the back ones.
