Default Pypes Mid Muffler HP Gains?

I'm not expecting much, but will Pypes mid mufflers give me anything in terms of HP gains? AM says that they will, but I've never even thought about it. Will I see anything at all?

Nope. Any gains are so "in-the-grass" that you can't tell them from a dyno's pull-to-pull variance. The stock exhaust from the H-pipe on back flows quite well. You'll gain exhaust note (which the brain can play games with to make you THINK you're faster).

I'd like to get those and put the stock mufflers back on, to silence out the exhaust note completely...

sleeper mode, you know?..

Yeah, I wasn't getting excited about it, just thought I'd check. I'm excited about the new sound though.

The sounds pretty legit. I have them and really enjoy them. I can't wait to add my lt and o/r h pipe as well. No horsepower gain just from them though.

Cool deal. I'm looking forward to getting them. Should arrive on the 24th, but of course I won't get them till Santa brings them.

AM says it will be here by Christmas. Better be.

Just got a shipping notice, says it should be here tomorrow. IDK about all that, but it gives me a few days bending room.
