Which SC has room for growth, but can still work well with a pretty much stock 4.6?

Dude...do yourself a favor and do it correctly from the start. Putting the M122H on your GT is silly in my opinion. Get a purpose built kit for the 4.6. Like has been said before...any TVS kit (Edelbrock and Roush both 2.3L) or any Twin Screw (Whipple or KB) is gonna be the way to go. Plus they look a butt load better than the M122H (GT500 blower). A centri or turbo kit would be good too (Vortech and Procharger...dont know about what turbo kits are good). I prefer a positive displacement blower for street use because of the very flat torque curve and instant power. They can also be built up for a fast track car. But the moral of the story...do yourself a favor and stay away from these blowers: M90, M112, M122H.

I definitely don't plan on putting a gt500 blower on my car. I'm looking for something that is user install friendly, been on the market for a while, and can be email tuned if need be. A gt500 blower on my 4.6 doesn't fit any of those.

I'm just curious about the kit because this has been a topic of discussion since 2007 with no one building a good case to install the GT500 blower on a GT.

I do plan on sticking with a PD blower because what I lack/miss is out of the hole punch. The 4.10's helped my cams get some back, but I still want more, a lot more. This is probably a good thing, but with these cams, I can't get sideways even if I try. I used to be able to do two lane u-turns by swinging the rear end around from a stand still, but that's long gone. Doing a 3 point turn seriously sucks, especially if you're trying to beat on coming traffic.

I just read the whole thread. They're claiming $3k for everything assuming you can get a blower for $500. Only thing I'd consider if using their adapter plate/intercooler with an upgraded gt500 blower.

the only thing with the gt500 blower is the "room to grow" part.

Yeah, there's a reason GT500 owners are getting rid of it.

So back to your original point Bmr4life, about the only potential problem with you tuning your future blower purchase that I could see are your N/A Detroit Rockers. That may make things tricky, as the FRPP Hot Rod cams have made things tricky for others here with blowers. But like BIGPHIL was mentioning, go for a TVS or Twin Screw, and for the MOST growth the Whipple and KB are pretty close to on par, with IIRC the KB edging on top.
