While I was updating my SCT SF3 (3015) device using the SCT Device Updater, suddenly out of nowhere I get a connection error stating that the device disconnected from the computer although the cables were firmly in place and the SCT device was lit-up (which it shouldn't be if it weren't connected to the computer.)

Now when I try to update the device it says I have no "Tune Version."

What's the solution to this? Can anyone upload their tune version for me to install?

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section I just really need some help fast I just bought the device and was hyped up to use it and give it a test drive and then this pops up. Kind of a downer for me
