Default Just changed my Plugs

I did not time myself however I think it took about 1.5 hours.
No problems at all with getting them out with PB Blasters help. Cleaned the COPs and installed the new 7989 Champion plugs with Nickle anti-seize on the threads and the shaft avoiding the electrode.
Once I started the car, I had a nice amount of smoke from the PB blaster that leaked into the cylinder.

All Plugs gotten from Amazon for $12.38 each with a $2 rebate per plug and Nickle anti-seize for $.95.
All with free shipping.

Here are a couple of pics of the old plugs.

Feel free to leave comments or ask questions.

1.5 hours to change out the plugs seems pretty good. How many miles on the car?

Does this plug problem affect the 2010's as well? I'm getting ready to change mine with the M90 install.

Thanks!

That's even better news. Maybe with 53k miles, mine won't be bad either. I keep thinking I should change them before waiting any longer...

According to the TSB it's only 2005-2008. 2010 doesn't show the same TSB. Looks like you might be ok.

Pretty nasty looking, and good job getting them out without breaking one!

I'm approaching 40k, will be my turn soon
