Which style headers ??

I have read about the cats when you go FI. Basically everyone I know has or goes with long tubes on their cars. I haven't seen anyone with shorties in person yet which is why I posted this question. I think i'm gonna go ahead with the long tubes again and the kooks look nice but how was the fit and finish. Also did you have to install new motor mounts by any chance? I remember I changed mine when I put my ARH on but I don't recall it being a must. Thanks to everyone with your inputs.

Shorties won't gain you anything. Long tubes aren't even really worth it unless you're pushing some serious boost. Anything that the stock engine can handle is fine to flow through the stock manifolds. I'd spend my money elsewhere for performance unless you plan on running 13+ psi in the future. As for the Roush twin screw you're planning to buy, it doesn't exist. Roush does not make a twin screw.

so technical... :-) yeah I want to go that route verses a turbo or procharger style. My goal is 475 range b/c it is a daily driver and I'm looking for something that is still drivable. My other option is I'm looking at an 2012 GT so we shall see. Thanks for all the advice.

Shorty wont net you anything really, I dont even think the sound would be worth it. I have mac long tube headers and my car sounds awesome (atleast to me lol) not only that but they are affordable and gained 42rwhp in a dyno test comparing other big
name headers. Here is a clip of my cars idle with the macs and frpp cams.
