Changed mine today. Followed all the recommendations and the TSB, soaked all night, used a torque wrench, and still broke three plugs. When I finally got the three broken tips out, they were dry and never got touched by the PB Blaster. If you are changing the plugs on a DD, go ahead and order the Lisle tool for $55.00 from Amazon so you do not have to spend $89.99 at CarQuest on the corner. It is pretty sad when they have to sell a tool that is labeled "Broken Spark Plug Remover for Ford 3 Valve".
