Is it worth upgrading to a 65 or 70 mm??

nope, not at all...Coils, motorcraft plugs and TBs on non FIs are as good as you're gonna get...Once you go FI the game changes a bit...What have you done to the 09 thus far? PICS?

the only throttle body I would use is a ford racing or gt500. Any TB that requires you to swap parts from yours is a no go for me.

Only if you're FI and/or heavily modded. Otherwise, the stock TB can easily handle anything you throw at it.

Don't get caught up in the advertising hype.

No.

And since posts have to be at least 5 characters long, here's another one:

No.

Not with those mods. It's a supporting mod that goes good with forced induction, or if NA: headers, cams, ported heads, ie airflow mods beyond a CAI.

Lol. Here's a fun mod that may add a pony or two at the wheels but did add responsiveness to the pedal... porting and polishing the stock TB. Was about $75 to do and it looks cool. No functionality problems in the 10,000 miles I've had it. Response is better though, I assume because of a lighter butterfly. Will get you the same gains on a CAI set up as a larger TB (except not have the failing motor issue).

Claim is 13% more air but I don't know at what PSI the flow bench was testing at. In any case, I don't feel bad about the $75.
