Question 2006 GT surging while driving

Here recently I have noticed while driving if I am on the throttle pedal lightly I get surging, I have a boost/vacum gauge that was installed when i bought the car and when it starts surging the vacum starts jumping around. The idle on the car is fine when sitting still, havent really watched it when it starts the surging while driving, will try to today. I am cleaning MAF sensor right now. Also when it starts if i get on the gas medium to heavy it stops. Anyone have any ideas????? I am gonna check for leaks around CAI once I get MAF sensor back in. All mods listed below sig pic. Thanks!!!

I with the others. I would put the stock throttle body back and see if that fixes the problem.

The bbk throttle bodies are known to be unreliable, kinda like after market igntion coils. It will work for awhile and then start acting up.

Put the stock one back on and I bet your problem is gone. It takes 2 seconds to swap the throttle body.

BBk throttle body and/or fuel filter. I agree with the above posters on swapping back to the stock TB.

Cleaning my stock TB & changing the fuel filter ended my surging issues.
