performance chip advice
Can anyone recommend a quality performance chip for my 1996 GT? Not much power there and I would like to get the most I can before I try some other mods. Going to try some drag racing with my senior dad. Thank you.

I think your post belongs in this other forum instead.
The 4.6L in the S197 (2005-2010) is tuned by flashing the ECU through the OBDII diagnostic port. Not by physically swapping chips.
