Default Smart Junction Box Failure?!?

Just brought my car into Ford because of an electrical issue I am having. They said it is a failed smart junction box. I told them not to replace it because they quoted me over $600.

Here are the symptoms:
All doors ajar
TPMS light
Traction control light
Advanced track light
Service advance track
No center stack which includes all of the sync system and climate control. (Kinda sucks being in Florida)
And worst of all, no REAR signal lights. That's correct. Just the rear don't work. Front blink fast but the rear don't work. Also, the signal light indicator on the dash doesn't work...

I haven't heard of all these issues resulting from the SJB alone. Has anyone had this problem or something similar?

Well it isn't the SJB/BCM...Replaced it and nothing changed. Ford charged me $145 for a false diagnosis. Now I'm at a loss for words.
