89 2.3 interior help

Exclamation 89 2.3 interior help

Im wanting to take the STOCK carpet out and replace it, any idea the dimensions i need for it?? im just going my local Jo-ann fabrics and have something cut up but want it CLOSE to the size it came with.

Are you looking at replacing it with something that is similar to the original? If so, you are probably better off getting one that is precut to the specs of your car, since in most cases they are contoured to the shapes of your floor. I have seen them on sale for only $129. It will save you a lot of cutting and headaches, eventhough it will cost you a few extra bucks.

Best bet as mention. It is a formed carpet and you won't be happy otherwise. If not ripped etc. Pull it and take to car wash and clean. I put a used one in car I sold and guy thought it was new. Maurice
