Default starting problems

Ok today me and my dad changed the cylinoid on my car, and my car still is not turning over we thought that was the problem so i guess its not. The battery is alsonew and so is the terminals for the power and ground wire. My friend checked my fuses and there good. Are there any other fuses besides the ones under thedriver seat?? If so where are they located. My dad now thinks its electrical cause iafter we jumped the cylinoid and got the car home he had me shut it off and try it and itstartedand i just went out and it wont start again.

Thanks,
Christopher Burnett

Do you hear solinoid click? On 93 I don't know is solinoid on fender or on starter. If you don't hear on a standard car there is a safety switch on clutch pedal on automatic safety switch on trans. I guess maybe ignition switch could be bad. My only ideas now.
