Default Help Needed

trying to put turbo on non-turbo 2.3L is it possible if so what will i need to buy?

It would be a better choice to find an already turbo motor or a turbo parts car, youll need the wiring and the computer to go with it. You can build your n/a motor to take boost reliably but it gets costly.

You need forged pistons (or a very good tune) 2.3 turbo computer w/ injectors, vam. and then the manifold, and turbo. DONE!

If your going to run much boost at all you need forged pistons so it would probably be easier and cheaper to just go to a junkyard and get a whole turbo motor out of a thunderbird and just take all of the computer and that kind of stuff. You could probably get it all for around $500

Evintho didn't give the best information towards turboing an N/A. Just givving reasons why not to do it
