It will only get power when you have to shift. Go for a drive with a test light on it, if it goes off then you have power, if not then your wiring or computer needs to be looked at

i was confused by this friggen book
i was thinkin it culd be the band is loose or something
so tomorrow night im gonna take it to my friends shop and let him fix it
