Hi i havea 1992 4 cyl Mustang LX 5 speed and i have a problem my doors were kind of messed up in the pins and i had to slam it to get it to close and today i slamed it pretty hard and its still not all the way closed but it has locked in place and i cant get it open if you have any suggestions pm me or write on this fourm.

problem 2 =P My key was working fine until that door broke i don't know if it has anything to do with it but when i try and put the key in it dosent go in it just kind ofslants up and dosen't go any where if you think you might know what this would be pm me or write on this founm.

 

Pull the door up, and try opening it. If it dosen;t work, than take your door cover off and see whats come loose, becaise it sounds like your inkage is either broken or off.

 

My door does about the same thing. My linkage is bent and will eventually need fixed. It happened to me in the winter when my locks froze solid. Hint:never force a lock undone, I had to because I was the only person at school, and didn't have a cell phone to call home.

 

Once you get that door open i would go and replace the door pins. You would be impressed. My truck I had to SLAM the doors for them to shut, now I can just push it lightly and it clicks and its shut completely.
