OK here are the two codes i pulled today.

327 was pulled in KOEO AND KOER - EVP/EPT circuit below minimum voltage
538 was pulled in KOER - Insufficient RPM change during KOER dynamic response test.
538 is also labled - (Trucks ONLY) invalid cylinder balance test due to throttle movement during test.


So i know i need a new EGR valve position sensor (prolly one at junkyard, unless its cheap at autozone.)

whats the problem with 538? anyone know what i need to buy?

 

ok i solved the 538. i didn't press the accelerator manually during the dynamic test.[:@] stupid me for not reading the instructions[8D]

all i need is a EVP sensor. (EGR Vacuum Pressure)

but after that, i will read a code 11 - all systems normal

i even ran a cylinder balance test, and i have good compression, and all 6 injectors are working perfectly.

 

what did you to for the cylinder balance test?

 

when you start the KOER test, the first code was "6" for me, since i have 6 cylinders. after that, you get a code "10" at that point you press the accelerator 1/4 way down and release very fast. then you just let it do its thing.

 

and after that i got a code "90" all cylinders passed. if i got a "10" then cylinder 1 wasn't working right "20" for cylinder 2, and so forth and so forth.
