Default Headers

Does the 2.3 aftermarket full length headers that fit the Mustang 11 also fit the 79-93 Fox body 2.3 engine basy also. Thanks.

This is a very good question.

I have looked at all of the cheaper options on speedway as I will no doubt need to redo my exhaust, so why not.

Id imagine you will have to buy it and find out. Make sure to post the results.

Google has led me to believe if you get one that is angled down it will clear the firewall.

As long as it is close, if you have some fab skills, you can make it work. I had to slice and dice a brand new set of headers for a V8 swap in the past. Summit sells exhaust J-bends in many sizes in case you would need to add a extra bend or straight piece in it somewhere to get it to fit properly.
