Got a problem, Have a 93 5.0 with the newer high torque starter....the problem is that it stays engaged for 2-3 seconds after car starts....Have tryed 2 different starters and does the same.....tryed the solenoid one fender didnt help.....have jumpered power at soleniod to eliminate ignition switch and solenoid,,,,still hangs up...even tryed shimming starter out abit just in case it was engaging to far but didnt help..when i have the starter out the ring gear looks great and i try both starters on the bench and they both disengage right away.....pls help me.....
