My 88 5.0 wont run, the fuel pump isnt coming on, but iam getting spark, what is that relay under the drivers seat? where is the fuel pump relay located, the car ran great a day ago then had to take the carpet cuase i found rust, fixed it put it all back in and know the fuel pump wont work, but that relay under the seat has a wire that has come out of the plug let me know what you guys think

my fuel pump wont come on either. i just swaped a 2.3 to a 5.0 in my 93 convertible. i changed the fuel pump relay by the mass air meter all my grounds are good and tight but im only getting 5 volts to the relay, and i am getting fire from the coil. i checked the plug right behind the fuel pump and im only getting 5 volts what else can i do?
