also with aluminum heads there is not much weight difference between it and a stock 5.0. you can stroke a 460 to well over 500 ci. & they have a lot of torque. a guy about 10 miles from me has a stroked 460 in a 90 mustang with the rear tubbed for wide wheels & tires , he can jerk a crik in your neck . it is awesome.

yeah it fits with the kit but i think you will need atleast a 4inch cowl to clear the air cleaner. I have a friend who has a 460 stroked to 514 in a 79 its a tight fit. Hard to beleive once its in there it is easy to work on. The spark plug are a breeze to change in his compared to a 5.0.
