Default computer issues....

well ever since i put my new engine in i've been having computer problems. The car is dog slow, and the check engine light comes on all the time. I've heard that the 94-95 computer doesnt respond well to cam changes. Tonight the car's throttle kept getting stuck, and i took it somewhere and when i came back out the car wouldn't start. I took off the negative battery cable and left it off for 30 seconds to reset the computer, then the car started. So i'm pretty positive it's a computer problem, but i'm wondering what you guys suggest I do to fix it.

Start by doing the KOEO/KOER self-tests, and check what codes (circuit failures) the system is having troubles with. It could be something as simple as a missing ground, disconnected sensor, pinched wire,..........My 2¢.
