I wanna make my 95 GT faster. How much would it cost to get 3.73's installed for everything? Are the chips they make for the 94-95's worth it? and i have an h pipe and cat back would headers make a big difference? are there any other cheap and easy mods that make a big difference?

 

What are your current mods?

1--A gear install shouldn't be more than $400 including gears.
2--Don't get a chip...wait till you're done w/ your mods and get it dyno tuned. They will tune it for your exact mods and straighten your A/F ratio. And it costs less.
3--Headers would help a little, but not much on a mostly stock car like yours, but they'd set you up for future mods.
4--Bump your timing up to ~12-13 (depends on car). Remove the air silencer (pass. side fenderwell) and get a CAI or K&N filter. Get a 75-76mm MAF--it will open your airflow up some.

make sure to do a tune up and get it running right 1st tho. also i know ur looking it to be faster, but check out some brakes. one of my fav mods still today. all that go isnt kool if u cant stop.

 

the gears cost around 400-500 including purchasing gears...i don't think a chip is necessary if your just gonna do gears...unless you got some heavy mods, new headers won't do much...
