it might be a dumb question to some of you, but i just have to know this before i star to begin bying stuff for my engine, i tried serach on the site and i dont get a clear answer, here it is

i have a 92 5.0, now my question is what type of camshaft did my engie come with, hydraulic or ....?
also what type of lifter r they hydraulic, roller or mechanical?

hydraulic roller cam and same lifters.

depends on what size cam. what type is it.

 

well i want ot get the e303 cam cuz i still need to kepp it smog legal sinc i live in cali, but i know that if i change the cam i might as well change the lifters but i dont about the rocker arms

 

it will have a 4.98 lift with 1.6 rockers. if youre not doing a whole lot of building on it, id go 1.6
