Default Reliability/Durability

Im planning on buying a fox body sometime this summer as a project car and plan to eventually turn it into a beast of a daily driver. anyway, all of the lower mile foxes cost more than i really want to spend, so i was just wondering about how long one of these 5.0s will last if taken care of. thanks

If you're planning to make a hot motor, have you considered just getting another motor built just they way you want?
What I'm thinking is, when you're looking for a Stang, just look for one that has a good body, and is in good overall condition. I wouldn't worry about the motor or how many miles on it if I knew I was just going to be putting in another new one.

Just food for thought..
