theres mulitple ways you can convert to 5 lug. the differences are on the front end.

for the rear you will definatly need 5 lug axles and drums.

for the front you can buy a direct replacement 5 lug rotor and i believe thats all you'd need.

i think mustangsunlimited.com has a bunch of stuff to do it

The new issue of 5.0 Magazine has a good article on this. I was checking it out at autgozone the other day.

Ok, here's what you need:

REAR:
Two DRIVER side axels off a 83-92 4cyl or 3.0L Ranger or Bronco II, or two passenger side axels off a 86-97 Aerostar. You'll need the drums off one of them aswell.

FRONT:
Rotors off a 86-91 Lincoln Mark VII

***Depending on wheels***

I put bullits on mine so I had to get half inch wheel spacers because of the center hub on the rotors is too long, which meant buying new bolts too, bought 3 inch Moroso bolts for 30 bucks and just cut off the tapered end (I have closed lug nuts) and created my own taper.

'Tis all...

And here's what it looks like... And yes, I know my car's missing a few parts aha

No torque on the front wheels so it won't be a problem, the rear or the otherhand, wouldn't dare.

i am using rear svo brakes on mine. they are stronger than the sn95 units and are better breaks. I also know that the lincoln that a 86-91 Lincoln Mark VII has the same rear brakes (5 lug disk) as the svo and that you can use those
