I have a 1990 Mustang 5.0 with AOD trans. Problem #1 The car ran fine until a couple of months ago it started idling rough, could smell gas (especially when slamming down the accelorator) and jerking some while driving normal. Well I cleaned my IAC valve and and throttle body with carb cleaner. The rough idling stopped but the jerking has really gotten worse and I can still smell gas. Problem #2 This is a very weird one... For about 2 years, while coming to a stop I get a clinking noise in the back and I feel a hard brake but it only does it after it has RAINED outside???!!!!
