Default I KNOW

Alright ive searched the forum and have some partial answers, but I need a few more...........When you remove the smog crap, you plug the line at the h-pipe, and the y-pipe at the heads, what else do I need to remove? There are a few vac lines going to the smog lines.. do I need to cap these or remove the vac tree..... here is a pic of what im talking about.....any other lines I need to worry about?

Those lines go to the TAB/TAD or AM1/AM2 solenoids (under the EGR Valve Regulator(EVR) solenoid)....you could cap the exit lines or get rid of the vacuum lines interconnector, and simply run the vacuum supply line for the EVR, and the line from the solenoid to the EGR valve.

is the vac line on the top the vacuum supply line, and the one on bottom of the pic the line to the solenoid?

Yep...check the following vacuum diagram (Courtesy of TMoss and Veryuseful.com)....it should help you id the lines.
