+1 IMO the first thing that we need though... is a wheel/tire thread. I see that quetion more than anyhting on here.

gears first then...rims/tires/exhaust/intake/heads/..........seperate this one..TUNE UP...oil/plugs/wires/filters/cleaning.

good ideas.... im sick of seeing "3.73s or 4.10s???" and "h pipe or x pipe???". those definately need to be addressed.

yea i guess can try the gear question next.
..call it : before to choose rearend gears.
your stock mustang will have either 2:73 or 3:08 ratios.
some ring & pinion options would be:
1) 3:27-a slight step up from a stock rearend, you might notice a better pull with these but still alot of top end.
2) 3:55-nice mid range gear, pretty good straight line drag gear for an everyday driver who needs good gas mileage or has alot of interstate driving to do but still wants to get their car winding out quicker.
3) 3:73-awesome pull and all around great drag racing gear. still okay gas mileage but better pull than 3:55. if you want your 5spd mustang to wind thru the gears quick and pull like crazy, these are the gears for you.
40 4:10-ULTIMATE gear for someone who wants a pure drag racing gear. these will really jerk a knot in your @ss! gas mileage will suffer more than with the 3:73 gear but they will give to the best bang for the buck for a car thats not driven on the highway alot and sees alot of track time.

i dunno if thats real good but yall can add whatever else it needs or change anything...:D
