Default missing PCV

so I went to go cap off the PCV today, and there was no PCV vavlve at all in place, just the open grommet. I'm not leaking any oil out of it or anything. Is it possible the screen below the grommet is so clogged that it isnt leaking? Tommorow I'll prolly pull the screen, or try to. If deleting the PCV all together should i pull the screen and put a PCV valve in and cap that or what should I use to cap it? Or would I be better off putting the PCV system back in place and running a line from the valve to the TB? I've got a breather on the oil filler, should I keep that or put the oil cap back on if I decide to run the PCV back to the TB or one of the tubes under the intake? I'm about to put a new oil pan gasket on and don't want it blowing out cuz off built up pressure again.

gosh, I really am just a freaking *****. but uh...

My pcv is in and all, but one of the rubber lines under the plenum is capped off. Is it bad? Should I hook it back up, is there anyway to hook it back up?

if you dont have a pcv valve you better put a dozen breathers on your valve covers or you will blow all your gaskets.

A bad PCV valve will sure blow your head gasket.

wont they pop out before you ruin anything? Firestone put too much oil in my stang before and it blew the PCV valve out out the intake and spewed oil all over the tranny. I have a new one in there now but it slid in there pretty easy and comes out easy too.

it was already off when I bought the car... i just now noticed the PCV valve was straight MIA, so what I really want to know is where does the line from the valve run to? the underside of the intake? And should i hook up the line from the valve cover to the TB and put the filler cap back on or can I keep the breather?
