Check this out, I found an 1989 25th anniversary mustang lx hatch 5.0 5-speed. This car is a dealer modified car from Bob Allen Ford in Overland Park, KS. The details have been verified by the salesman of the era. The General Manager (at the time) Dave Williams, commissioned 20 of these cars to be built by the dealership. This is the M/25 Mustang. What do you think? The other 19 are missing. Side badges are missing but in the car. Running pony instead of 5.0.

center caps are not on the car. So that would be the dust cover on the hub.
