How about this setup...?

How about this setup...?
Ok... After a lot of thinking and searching, I think I have finally decided on the setup I want for my engine, minus the cam. Here's what we're lookin at:
Heads: AFR 185's 58cc (2.020 I , 1.600 E)
Intake: Typhoon (same thing as Edelbrock Performer)
Cam: Have B303 right now... What SHOULD I get
Ok, here's the questions.
The valves are going to hit the pistons right? Can they be notched any further? (92 GT) or will I have to go with aftermarket pistons? Would I be better off going with the 165's 58cc? (1.940 I , 1.600 E) Would I notice much for gains with the 185's over the 165's? Im thinking of supercharging the car in the future, but I'm not quite sure on that yet. The problem I'm thinking is that if the valves hit, I already can't go with a bigger cam, so am I really going to get that much more out of the 185's than the 165's?
Have a Holley 70mm TB riding up front too, so will that be a limitng factor with the 185's at all? Or would it flow more than enough air? I'm not changing my TB.
I'd personally assume the 165's would be a better choice, due to the stock 302 displacement, just they're basically identical in price, and I can still put a cam in it.
So basically: What kind of problems will the 185's cause. Would 165's suffice even if I were to get a supercharger? And what cam should I get for the combo?
Oh yah, should I get emissions legal or not? Smog's gone already. They don't check emisions here, it's a street car, not a drag car. Pedastal rockers or stud? Does it really make a difference except stud's adjustable? 1.6 is all I'm assuming I can go with any sort of cam. Or should I keep the B303 and put 1.7's on?
I just don't know guys, you're the experts. Help a brotha out If you need more info.. or clearer info aha, just ask.
Thanks guys

probably, but valve notching isnt very expencive... call a machine shop tomorrow and they can give you a quote
a shop local to me does it for $200

RE: How about this setup...?
if u have the proper vavle reliefs in it i don't see why u couldn't get a bigger cam in it.
my cam is 560/576 and papaw who owns a machine shop said he didn't see any reason why the 185's wouldn't but i also have pistons with huge reliefs in it. but with ur future plans i would get the 185's they would flow more air.
