I have an 88 GT Hatchback with LX Tailights. The car is Dark Blue and I am looking for the complete taillight assemblies that are the gt cheesegrater style. They could even be reproduction, but so far ebay has been the only place I can even find them, and they are all used (And usually damaged in some way/shape/form). Anyone know where I can find these taillights?

 

Try 50resto.com. I am sure you can find them there.

 

I looked on 50resto and only found a black lense cover RH side.

 

best place to look is ebay or on a forum like this in the classified section. I just sold a set on ebay and they were in great condition, i would say just keep looking on there.

 

Look through the for sale section on people parting out thier cars also...

 

Got some pics of yours? I have GT tails on my GT (obviously) and would possibly consider a swap.

Yea I also noticed a while back that 50Resto only has the RH tailight, strange. ebay by far is your cheapest bet. If you find them new anywhere your going to shell out a pretty penny. Here are a couple I found.

5.0 MPG, yeah I saw those, and was actually going to try to get the dark blue ones (your first link). But then I found out there is a chip on the Right side lens. Maybe I'm being to picky, but I really want to try to get some lenses in undamaged condition.
