Default New Engine!!

Well I've been planning on rebuilding my stock motor w/some fresh pistons and gaskets, a new cam and some valvetrain upgrade. I really havent done much in the past year, been kinda dragin my feet. About 2 weeks ago i blew the oil pump and it's been sittin since (181,000). My buddy found a freshly wrecked 88 GT with 90,000 on the motor. My plan is Thursday- go buy the motor swap it with the one i have, then while the used motor is in, build up my complete rebuild with some goodies. Finally when the motor is built i'll pull the one i bought and try to sell it. I think it's a pretty good idea or maybe it's just that Thursday is my birthday and i want to buy somethin new for myself.

What do you guys think?

LOL sorry, If i buy that engine Thursday i will have approximately 3 motors. 1-the one in the car now 2-the one i'm planning on buying 3-the pile of parts and a block. Then once the pile of parts is an actual power house, I'll have the Stock motor and the bought motor.

I don't know what evrybodys deal is, but let me get this straight, you have one bad motor in your car now, you are buying a used motor thursday , then you have another block that you are building? It sounds like a plan, but I would sell the used one like you want and after you finish the new one, rebuild the junk one and sell that too...ya dig??
