there is an rpms limiter of about 6200rpms i believe but there is no mph limiter

well once you hit 130, it knocks down the rpm

i mean any car does this, it happens with my alero, but it stops at 110, stupid gm. lol

but, yah my cousin said it would let him go pass 130...

If you read your owners manual (it should be in there), if you hold the off button on your cruise control for 3 seconds or more it disables the speed limiter. Found this on my buddies 93 LX 5.0, it was in his owners manual. We were racing on the E-way and he said that his car "cut out" at like 120-130. Read the manual and it was in there.
