Default Should car be loaded to install Sub frames?

I have been reading that the car should be lifted on it's wheels to install sub-frames. Not lifted and installed by the frame. Does anyone agree?

iu u jack it by the frame it will be unlevel when u weld it and once u put it back down the body will stay that way with the subframes on it! get four sets of drive on ramps drive up on the front two and jack up the rear and slide them under the rear dont for get to remove the rear ones before trying to drive off them
