Default what should i do first?

i have a 88 5.0 i just bought it is bone stock any suggestions about what i should do to the engine

i would convert to mass air, I got the kit and I am going to install it soon.

The best/cheapest things to do right off are the exhuast and some underdrive pulleys. And gears.

Your right[sm=lol.gif] not many stockers around, but why keep it stock when there is such a huge aftermarket?

countrycannon8 what is your ultimate goal of your 88 5.0? That would is also a factor in what you want to do first....

no I meant what are your goals for example running low 12s or a certain horsepower mark

alright then you are going to want to get new Throttle body, heads and intake (or may have them ported), 3.73 or 4.10 gears, you could evem go with a 331 or 347 stroker if you wanted too. It all depends on how much you want to spend....
