Default Twisted Wedge Heads

I assume that I can't put twisted wedge heads on my stock 89' motor. Is there a major difference between twisted wedge and inline heads?

Twisted Wedge heads rotated the valves so that they allow for bigger
valves to be used on stock pistons with out have to cut nothces in them.

Same as what R.Barn said plus you wll gain 40 RWHP just from changing the heads with no other modifacations. the stock heads are real junk.

my roomate has them on his 308 and they made a big difference

they design of the head creates a spiral effect basically sucking more air in faster

there is only 1 twisted wedge head, whihc is TFS's and if you referring to the valve guide and geometry problem, yes that was fixed 10 years ago
