Default oem clutch cable

why are they such pos's? mine just broke and its only 2 days old! should i just get a steeda cable?

Ever think it was the installer and not the cable? Sure the part could be a defect, but it could be your install as well.

the outer sleeve split open and the cable got really loose and wont disengage the clutch. the cable itself isnt broke

Where did it split. It wasn't routed too close to the header was it?

it split at the 1st header tube, its 3-4" away from the tube, is that too close?
