Whats the best lift and duration camshaft to run with stock heads in a rebuilt 306?

I put an E303 in this one, and forged pistons, and it screams, next are heads and intake.

This in an auto or 5spd? I have an E cam in my 306 with ported heads with an auto and the trans doesnt really go well with the cam. Need to find a T5 and convert it i guess.

my buddy has an E in his 347, victor jr intake, 650 carb, and edelbrock heads ....
