I always thought that aluminum cooled better then brass but now im hearing differently...Is this true? And is there any links for me to check out on this topic? Cuz i was thinkin about gettin aluminum but now im not sure.

As far as I've read, aluminum DOES NOT dissapate heat as well as copper and brass radiators.

Copper is a better heat and electricity conductor than aluminum, which means that it also dissapates heat better.

I am no scientist, I was doing research for the same reason as you, I was gonna get a bad a$$ aluminum rad and never overheat again, but after reading some sites, I think I'm gonna get a copper 3 core.

Supposedly many companies are using a new manufacturing technique called Cuprobraze that eliminates inefficient soldering and makes the brass/copper rads even stronger and more corrosion resistant.

I was told by City Auto Radiator (local shop) that a copper radiator would cool better than a aluminum. Plus its not as expenvsive.

I was going to ask this too. A coworker of mine can get me a 3 core direct replacement for $160 with his discount, I don't know if I should jump on it or not. It's probably a Chinese radiator so I'm not sure what to do, but I need one very soon.
