Default 95 Cobra

Just got my 1995 Cobra lastnight, I changed the oil today and used Mobil 1 Full Synthetic. Thats whats the original owner used. Anyways I checked the spark plus and their a cheap offbrand and so old they have rust on the rings. My question, what spark pulgs should I use, but not spending alot of money. 10$ a piece is way to much.

Autolight makes a great Platinum plug, so does Bosch. I've used both and never had a prob with either.

Make sure you put a nice coat of anti seize on the threads. It'll save a lot of hassle next time around.

Just throwing this out there as I have not been able to confirm anything.

In the Fox cars the ignition supposedly is not strong enough to reliably keep platinum plugs from fouling up.
Supposedly this is the reason Ford installed and recommends copper plugs (which have lower resistivities).

This is only what I have read.
I would like to hear some thoughts on it though.

Is the sn95 ignition any stronger than the fox ignition?
