i was just wondering what people payed for their mustangs. just 87 -93 mustangs

 

I paid $4300 plus the bus ticket and gas to get it home and the smog and the registration. So about $4500 and it was all said and done.

 

Damn, 6k+? Those are some expensive foxes, I'm not counting any money I've put into it just the initial price.

 

Paid 15,300 for it, but I bought it new in 1988....

I haven't actually bought it yet, but I'll either be taking my dad's '85 GT off him or paying $1,000 or less since it's my dad and I'm the one rebuilding the engine and transmission and doing the body work and painting it, and it's all torn apart right now, so I'll get a good deal.

 

iirc I paid 3300 for it, then spent about 6k on the engine (including labor since I didn't know what I was doing and I worry about screwing up stuff that requires tight tolerances for reliability)

 

Nothing. My brother gave it to me cause the transmission was shot...and he owed me money. he paid 2500 for it.

 

dunno...bought a mint four cylinder 6 years ago for 3,000, then converted it to a 5.0, so i'll have to add up all the reciepts.

 

4,500 for mine. suspension and motor was stock. paint, rims and tires were less than a week old.

Well I just dug up my original sales contract from when I originally purchased my car.
I bought it June 27, 1989 (almost 15 years old now). Bought it @ Heritage Ford in Modesto, California. Purchase price was $15,500.00 +tax, license, misc fees for a grand total of $16,743.50. I am the original owner of the car.
