Default dumps???

I'm not really big on Exhaust set ups...right now i am running stock headers and catless system with flowmasters...how do u do the dumps set up?....i've heard alot about the sound....would this make my car sound more beefier?? i plan on getting a set of shorty headers pretty soon also...

take off the over axle pipes after the mufflers, angle the tips down a bit......done.... depending how the pipes were bent, mandrel or not you will probably get a different sound, i dont really know because i never had an exhaust that went to the rear of the car....

Sweeeet.....so would it be cool if i just cut it out with a Sawzall....haha....or do they have to angle downward.....and will this sound badass or no difference?....o yeah and is there a certain distance i should cut back from the Muffler? Thanks alot for the reply

yea just chop it off... but make sure the tips are angled down a bit or you will get massive dosages of gas fumes sitting at idle....
here is a pic of my dumps just to give you an idea....

you will get a bit of fumes at idle, but its not bad, and you wont need an A/F gauge... [8D]
