RE: HP est???
I made 291 RWHP/ 357 RWTQ with stock block bored 0.030 over, 11.7.1 compression, Heavily ported E7 Heads with 1.94/1.60 valves and 3 angle valve job, Z303 camshaft (228/228 At 0.050, 586/586 lift) 1.7 Roller Rockers, GT40 Intake, 70mm Throttle body, 76mm MAF, Full MSD Ignition, 1 5/8" Longtube headers running on 110 Race gas.
Then I bolted on a set of Jon Kaase 247cc Aluminum Heads which lowered the compression to 11.2.1 because the new combustion chambers were 60cc's instead of 57. With no other changes I gained 34 RWHP but lost 27 RWTQ.
Unless them heads are HEAVILY HEAVILY PORTED with 1.94/1.60 valves you aren't going to see much over stock. Your going to need to get better heads (something like Trickflow TW or AFR 165's) also use 1.7 ratio rockers and that will bump the lift up to 521/540 instead of 491/509.
I would say you'll make 260-270 RWHP. 12's are possible with slicks but not on street tires.
